Becoming impatient and/or pulling away from friends and loved ones

Change scenery (even just getting outside for fresh air)
Focus on one thing at a time; do first what you’ve been putting off
Create a short to-do list
Reframe the situation to focus on what you’re learning, as opposed to what is not happening
Reflect on past wins for energy
